Local Services Available to You

There are some local services that you can refer yourself to directly, without needing to see a member of our Clinical Team to be referred. If you feel you do need to see or speak to somebody at the Surgery, please do not hesitate to contact us. No Limits

(Available to patients under the age of 26)

No Limits offer free and confidential information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support to children and young people. They can offer you support on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to): housing, homelessness, debt, employment, relationships, sexual health, mental health, substance misuse. Some services offered by No Limits do require a GP referral, but they will let you know if this is the case. If a referral is required, this can be requested by completing an e-Consultation through our website. Please provide plenty of information for the GP and please note that you may be asked to arrange an appointment.

Solent MIND

Solent Mind offer advice and support for your mental health, as well as providing practical services you can engage with. Their website also has lots of useful resources.

Southampton Steps to Wellbeing

Steps to Wellbeing provide mental health support through psychological talking therapies. Some examples of support offered includes; counselling, CBT, guided self-help, online courses, one to one support, and group courses.

Southampton City Council Social Care

Southampton City Council provide a wide variety of services, guidance and information, including: help with care at home, respite care, advice and details of services available for people living with impairments, special needs and disabilities, support and input with safeguarding concerns, and occupational therapy support, etc. Please visit their website for further information.
